Keep active in the comfort of your home with SharQui – the Bellydance Workout which blends authentic bellydance moves with fitness. Class consists of a quick warmup, a few combination blocks and a short cool-down. Everything is broken down in a fluid fashion and you will be moving the whole time. You can take the class at your own pace as there will be many levels to choose from. You only need a few feet of space and a device with access to Zoom.
Sessions will be recorded so if you can’t make it to a live class, you can watch the replay.
All levels are welcome, no dance experience necessary.
